An old football saying goes like this “form is temporary, class is permanent”,so is the true definition of Botswana`s export to ABSA Premiership Mogakolodi “Tsotso” Ngele everytime when infield amid limited game time.
For the last few years his name, Tsotso Ngele, was nowhere to be found in the footballing world after he was frozen from the Mamelodi Sundowns squad by Pitso Mosimane through tough competition for position from other best performing players.
Every time Tsotso Ngele was given the chance when onloan by other teams like Bidvest Wits and Supersport United he always outperformed himself, scoring goals and providing assists which helped Wits win the league in 2017.
His mentor, coach Cavin Johnson ( now fired by Leopards) gave him a chance to resurrect his career at Black Leopards which he grabbed by both hands. Johnson seems to be one of the few coaches who understand Ngele and what he represent.
Earlier this year, Tsotso Ngele scored one of his memorable goals off recent, a free kick against Kaizer Chiefs in a league match which unfortunately he did not finish due to a short term injury.
He was the man of the match in a Nedbank Cup encounter against North West University and getting a goal in the process.
