GABORONE:Botswana Integrated Sports Association(BISA)Boxing belled National Finals on a high note with 39 bouts on the card day 1 of the ongoing much anticipated youth tourney at Glen Valley on Thursday 26.
The bouts featured 76 cadet and junior boys and girls from 4 unique zones battling it out for a gold medal dating on Saturday.
24 of the boxers were females. Tsabong leads the pack with the qualification to the finals,it has 3 boxers whom advanced.
Etsha Junior from the North Zone already booked 2 gold medal places.Sedumedi Junior from South Central also have 2 reps.
North Central’s Bonwatlou Junior also have 2 attleats at the final.Moselewapula and Okavango Junior are on 2.Other schools are on 1 whereas other have no representations at the finals yet.
The BISA National Finals continues today until Saturday where 155 bouts are expected to be completed.
