QUEEN OF TRACK AMANTLE MONTSHO (39) HONORED

The Queen of Track Amantle Montsho had a memorable night yesterday at the 41st Botswana Sports Awards held at Baisago Convention Centre walking home with two awards.
Montsho was honored scooping the Minister’s special award and WASBO Special award respectively.
Minister of Sports, Tumiso Rakgare said Montsho is a true ambassador of Botswana’s dreams and aspirations.
Meanwhile, Sprint Courier’s P10 000 WASBO award for Montsho is said to serve as a source of recognition and appreciation of what she accomplished in her career and show a black girl child that it is possible.
Montsho who officially hanged her spikes last expressed her heartfelt gratitude for having been given the awards.
